Our range of fitness classes are held weekly at the Academy and are open to both members and non-members of all fitness levels.

Members and members' parents - £2.50 per session

Non-members - £3.50 per session

Bags and Abs

Bags and Abs not only offers a great workout but it's fun too. Developing your core abdominal muscles is vital for long term fitness.

Kickercise

This Martial Arts-based fitness programme has its roots in kung-fu. Some other martial arts classes have been found to be stressful to the joints. This is not the case with Kickercise. Our unique and time-tested class is easy on the joints, gentle to the mind and also teaches self-defence applications.

The Kickercise programme has been built up from the knowledge of Martial Arts Expert Chi Chong Yan Master Sifu Lee Kent. Lee has used his overwhelming knowledge plus the training programme of 'Kung Fu Fitness' to build a dynamic aerobic type work out. Lee is a martial artist and a certified Kung Fu Fitness instructor so you can relax in the knowledge that he will help you to improve your fitness levels in a safe and relaxed environment.

Circuit Training

Circuit training offers a full workout for the whole body. This training programme uses a variety of equipment to work out all your core muscles and achieve lasting all body fitness.
