Fitness Classes Martial Arts Style
At Chi Wai kung fu we run 2 lessons per week that are purely dedicated to fitness - you dont have to be a member of the club or be super fit - simply turn up - well do the rest. The classes are a great way to tone up, loose weight, build up your fitness & improve your confidence.

Abs & Bags Kung fu style -
Mondays 8pm
This fitness class is designed to improve your abdominal strength whilst keeping you in that all important fat burning zone. Maybe even give you that six pack!
Circuits Kung fu style
Wednesdays 8pm
This fitness class is designed to improve your stamina & keep you in the cardiac zone. There is a lot of running as you will expect from circuits - but we make it fun!
Aurobics - Balance Kung fu style Saturdays 1pm
This fitness class is for improving your balance, posture & your stamina. This is a great class for general fitness with some kung fu fun.
